Cannot login to Cisco Call Manager After Firefox Update

After performing the last Cisco CallManager update we were unable to login into Cisco Call Manager 8.5 via the web interface. When we attempt to login we received the following message:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to YOUR IP. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message.

(Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. * Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

The Cause:

Since the 30th of June of 2015, Mozilla Firefox doesn't support connections to a server with weak Diffie-Hellman ciphers anymore (Mozilla Release Notes:)

The Resolution:

Perform at your own risk. Accidental adjustment may effect Firefox's performance. To fix type about:config in your Firefox web browser, in the address bar. Change the next settings with the next values:

security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha=false
security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha=false

The values should be true by default. Click on them to change to "false."

That's it! You should now be able to login to Cisco Call Manager.

How To Clear The Microsoft Outlook Auto Complete Cache In The E-Mail Message Window

Outlook maintains a list that is used by both the automatic name checking feature and the auto completion feature. The nickname list is generated automatically as you use Outlook. If the nickname cache is corrupted, Outlook may be unable to identify recipients, may offer incorrect recipients when automatically completing the email address, or enter their email address only instead of the name as it is saved in your Contacts.

There are several ways to resolve this, depending on the version of Office.

If you are using Outlook 2010, 2007, or 2003 click here. This will take you to Microsoft's website to download a "Fix It" Tool that will repair the issue for you.

If you are are using Outlook 2013 open up Outlook and follow these steps:

1.  In the Outlook main window, click the File menu, then click the Options button.

2. In the Options window, click the Mail tab and browse to the Send Messages section. Click the Empty Auto-Complete List button.

3. A confirmation box will appear, click Yes. That's it!

No CTL Installed , File Not Found: CTL####.Flv

While using a Cisco ATA 187 (SIP) on my VOIP network (CMBE 8.5), I am getting a status message of:

No CTL installed

File Not Found : CTLSEP18758A28C701.tlv

There should be no problem with the ATA. I am told that the CTL###.tlv is only used when the ATA is running with a secured CUCM cluster. Since the ATA has the same firmware for CME and CM you will see this error in the status messages.
